Structure and bodywork

Check for any fluid leaks (fuel, oil, water, hydraulic brake)

Check vehicle bodywork for damage (note any damage or attach photo)

ARTC ID signage legible

Interior

Horn operational

Seat belts are in good condition and are in working order

Fuel cards are present (some vehicles may only have one card)

Floor mats present and undamaged

Fire extinguisher is secure and has been inspected within last 6 months (check tag)

First Aid Kit present and security tag in place

Checks for warning lights displayed on dashboard

All rubbish removed and vehicle clean?
