Is the power supply to the property 1 phase, 2 phase, 3 phase
Are all of these phases available at the switchboard the solar will connect to?
Has the presence of all phases at the solar switchboard been verified by testing?
If the power supply wasn't verified by testing how did you confirm it?
What is the main switch size in Amps?
Is it CT metering?
Are all switchboards and power meters accessible?

Will the DC runs back to the inverter and AC runs to the switchboard be under 25metres
What location have you discussed for the invertor? No north or West facing walls. Our preference is indoors.
Is the current design for this installation suitable
If no please explain the issue with the current design
Is this installation likely to be over 600V? Our panels are roughly 38V OC.
Is it a commercial property?
Are there any restrictions to when we can access the property?
If yes when can we access the property?Please note after hours will require the job to be requoted and will cost extra

Please let the client know they will need to be around on the day of installation and at completion of installation to sign all paperwork. If they can't be there the whole time they will need to sign all job paperwork and make payment prior to leaving site.
Please ask how the client would like to pay?
Please let the client know payment in full must be received on the first day of installation which may require a couple of payments prior to the day if your account has limits. The installers will ask for proof of payment prior to leaving site.
If a return visit is required to receive proof of payment or have documents signed this will be charged extra to the solar at $85 +GST including travel time.
