REFILL WATER FRIDGES SO IT IS COLD FOR DINNER SERVICE - SPARE SAN PELLEGRINO WILL BE LOCATED IN THE WINE FRIDGE UPSTAIRS, IN THE OFFICE HALLWAY OR IN THE BACK OFFICE UNDERNEATH THE DESK ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. ENSURE WATER IN DOWNSTAIRS FRIDGES IS FULL AND ALERT HOLLY/A MANAGER IF THE WATER IN THE OFFICE UPSTAIRS/FRIDGE UPSTAIRS IS RUNNING LOW (LESS THAN 3 BOXES OF EACH)

General tidy up of bar (wash tins, put away any glassware, wipe down sides, etc)

Marry up juices in well. Refill any that are needed (including back up bottles located in wine/water fridges)

Check that any bottles that need refilling with eco totes are filled up ready for dinner service. This includes: Planteray White, Planteray Dark, Pierre Ferrand, Never Never Oyster Shell Gin

Marry up pre-batch bottles on both sides and refill from pre-batch tubs where necessary

Check all foams are full and there is a back up where necessary (all foams and pre batch par levels can be found in in the prep checklist in safety culture - pre batch/foams etc measurements can be found in the purple bar bible located in the bar)

Refill the floor fruit bowls with fresh lime and lemon slices

Refill service well fruit caddies on each side - lime wedges x1 large container, lemon slices x1 container, orange slices x1 container (for busy shifts cut spare back up lemons and limes and keep in fridge)

Check following areas are fully stocked. Make a note of anything that needs restocking and fetch from downstairs:

- soft drink fridge

- milk fridge

- towels
-
- straws, paper roll, skewers etc.

- juices
-
- freezer (ice blocks and purée)
Check following items and ask kitchen to replenish if necessary:

- egg white
-
- meringue foam
-
- lime sorbet
