  • Wipe handrails up stairs and follow around the mezzanine all the way to toilets

  • Dust the lamp in PDR

  • Remove all gum from under tables/bar/PDR

  • Take out cutlery from drawers and clean inside

  • Wipe down mirror above 52

  • Clean all the ice bucket stands

  • Wipe down piano

  • Use paintbrush to clean chair crevices - Complete before vacuuming

FOOD RUNNER CHECKLIST

  • Stock up all takeaway containers and bags

  • Tidy the linen cupboard in the loading dock, organize lowest shelf that has backup stock in it

  • Empty the waiter stations and wipe down the inside (bread plates, charger plates, linen drawers) not cutlery drawers

  • Stock up the paper tissues for bread plates
