  • Tidy the host desk: empty the bin, and organise both drawers and the shelves underneath

THURSDAY

  • Ensure paper is topped up and correctly organised in the shelves upstairs

FRIDAY

  • Deep clean all beverage menus, replacing internal pages if required

  • Email orders@stalbans.group with a list of items to be ordered from Officeworks. Collect any required stationary items from the SK stationary cupboard at Head Office

  • Check all iPads, iPhones and tablets are updated (all apps and iOS software)

  • Read reservation notes for the following day, ensure all requests are met (where possible), and all tables have been assigned. If we have availability, contact any guests on the cancellation list

SATURDAY

  • Sanitise phone, laptop, iPad and host desk

  • Organise the coat tags, ensuring we have at least one tag per table number. Reprint and laminate if required

  • Read reservation notes for the following day, ensure all requests are met (where possible), and all tables have been assigned. If we have availability, contact any guests on the cancellation list

  • Tidy the host desk: empty the bin, and organise both drawers and the shelves underneath

SUNDAY

  • Tidy coat and umbrella stand. Throw away any items which have been left unclaimed for 2+ weeks
