  • Was the lighting and music correct for the time of day and doors open on a hot day or fires lit on a cold day

  • Was the pub overall clean, tables, chairs, condiment holders ( stocked ) floors and no clutter lying around

  • Did you get your drinks served on a tray in a reasonable timeframe and did you receive beermatts and did you witness all customers receiving this service

  • Did you receive a check back on your food and where you offered any additional drinks and did other tables close to you receive this service

  • Where your plates cleared in a reasonable timeframe and where you offered a dessert or tea/coffee, did you witness other customers receiving this service

  • Was your bill brought to you and did you receive mints, receipt on a white plate and charged correctly

  • Was the pub well maintained, did you notice and broken equipment or signs of obstruction to fire exits
