  • Rack Storage - All racks are stacked safely with pins engaged.

  • Equipment and Material - All equipment and material supplies are stored only within designated areas.

  • Signage - Existing signage is intact and signage is sufficient to identify various storage locations, safety issues, etc. within the area.

  • Part Teardowns - There is no accumulation of aged part-teardown inventory. (If there is accumulation an Action must be issued to Assembly).

  • Organization - Area is free of items belonging to other 'zones' including overflow from Red Tag Area.

  • Drive Surface - Pavement is sufficiently clean and does not require power sweeping.

  • Housekeeping - Supplies - No bucks, moulded parts, bags, broken skids, garbage or poles on the ground.

  • Environmental - Storm sewer covers are clear and free of debris.

  • Dock Areas - No accumulation of debris under docks.
