Sprinkler system in place no damage visible, sprinklers not being obstructed by stacked material

Sufficient lighting available to the required areas, all lights working, no unsecured wires or lighting visible

All plug points safe for use and not overloaded?

Stacking heights in order and away from any heat source or light fittings? 500mm

All Fire equipment in place and serviced?

Any flammable liquids stored safely and proper safety measurements in place?

Air-con and ventilation Working, signs of damage or improper maintenance

Check for 2 plate stoves and any other dangerous temporary installations

Smoke detection in working order? Check for faults on panel?

DB Boards closed and secured, provided with the required warning signage

Electrical - Certificate of Compliance - Available and up to date for current installation

Commercial Kitchens - Check for Thermostat and Fryer service records and condition

Is the gas installation compliant? COC and flammable liquid certificate available?

Fire Clearance Certificate

Occupation Certificate

Extraction System Cleaning Certificate

All escape routes clear and unobstructed?
