The Bars

  • Guests are welcomed to the venue by the Ladies & Gentlemen before being greeted by them (Ladies and Gentlemen should be initiating this interaction). Greet the guest with a warm and genuine smile. If you know guest’s name, use it.

  • The atmosphere in the Bar is appropriate

  • There is always appropriate music, either surround music or live entertainment
