  • Clean profile face - Blow clean with compressed air

  • Clamping Cylinders - Check seal integrity, check clamping buffer for signs of damage (replace if necessary)

  • Tools - Check for signs of wear and/or damage, check all tools are clean (replace if necessary)

  • Pneumatic lines and connections - Blow clean with compressed air or use lint-free cleaning cloths

  • Pneumatic components - Blow clean with compressed air or use lint-free cleaning cloths

  • Electrical wiring and connections - Blow clean with compressed air or use lint-free cleaning cloths

  • Spray Unit - Check fill level (refill if necessary)

  • Polycarbonate pane in safety hood - Visual inspection for damage such as cracks, holes and clouding (If damaged, replace)
