  • Procedures for auditing cleaning performance outcomes: This audit is to be completed by the Facilities Coordinator on a weekly basis and submitted to the Facilities Administrator for recording and reporting purposes. The tasks and outcomes described in this audit checklist address the requirements of the HPS Service Requirements for Cleaning Instructions: Observe the surface as listed in each functional area, and describe how well the cleaner has carried out the task to achieve the desired outcome by giving a score of: Score: 1 point for Acceptable = More than 75% of the outcomes have been achieved. External Areas and Building Surfaces

  • Are all external doors, door handles and light switches clean of fingerprints, marks, spillages and smears etc?

  • Are the floors of steps, entrances free from dust, debris, litter, insects, leaves and cigarette butts etc?
