GENERAL INSPECTION CHECKLIST

  • Hazard classification:
    CLASS A: any condition or practice with potential for permanent disability, loss of life or body part and/or extensive loss of structure equipment or material to be corrected within 1 to 12 hours

    CLASS B: any condition or practice with potential for serious injury/illness or property damage that is disruptive but less severe than class A. To be corrected within 12 to 36 hours

    CLASS C: any practice or condition with potential for non-disabling injury or illness, or non-disruptive property damage to be corrected within 36 to 72 hours or longer if no illness or disruptive property damage

    - Aisle ways marked and clear
    - Trash emptied daily
