Lower Roof

  • Any visible broken tiles?

  • Any visible damages/holes in pointing?

  • Any visible tiles which are not interlocked/kicked-up?

  • Sarking completed under the spreaders?

  • Any damages done to the valleys?

  • Are gutters clean?

  • Fast Flashing sticked down?

  • Tiles reinstated after removal of hand rail?

  • Any gaps or light holes seen through the roof from inside the house?
