  • 1. Are staff in posession of Loading Instructions?

  • 2. On flights to and from the USA are Foreign Air Carrier MSP requirements for Aircraft protection met? <br><br> (I.e security agent at the A/C door controlling access and security agent on ramp gaurding aircraft - including the use of wand/pat down)

  • 3. Are staff wearing appropriate PPE (e.g. Hearing Protection, Hi-vis clothing, safety footwear, face mask, overalls) correctly?

  • 5. Is GSE directly interacting with the Aircraft equipped with rubber/foam edge protection and is the no touch policy applied?

  • 14. Do staff engage brakes on all parked dollies, carts, etc (e.g. by lifting the towing arm)?

  • 15. Is fuelling zone kept free from sources of ignition (vehicles, mobile phones, radios, etc.) unless intrinsically safe?

  • 16. Is a digital system used for bag reconciliation? If so is a scanner or HHT used on stand? (eg. BILS/Bag Manager etc)

  • 17. Is loading instruction signed by the loading team and presented to the dispatcher AFTER completion of the onload?

  • 18. Are cones/chocks left in position until all GSE is removed?

  • 19. Is full pre-departure inspection carried out including wingtips and engine cowling clips?

  • 20. Is pushback carried out at a walking pace with the headset operator walking alongside the pushback truck?

  • 21. Has the stand been cleared of all equipment (including chocks, cones, PIGs etc) after aircraft departure, with all GSE parked in such a way so as to avoid blind spots?

  • 22. If any non conformities are observed by the supervisory staff, do they take actions without prompt by the inspector?
