Leak Test

  • Carry out leak test on all accessible pipework and equipment for all packs, condensing units and integrals.

Packs

  • Check all compressor running to operational temperatures and pressures

  • Check all Compressors stages are loading and unloading correctly

  • Check all oil switches are operating correctly

Inverters

Condensers/Gas Coolers

  • Is this the latest Kelvion Gas Cooler with ceramic coating on the fins

  • Make sure relevant SOP is followed to clean this gas cooler if in doubt contact Managing Engineer

  • Is the Gas Cooler clean

  • Please provide picture of clean Gas Cooler

  • Check air flow with anemometer and record

Cold rooms

  • Check all cold store doors are operating correctly

  • Check all internal door flaps are working correctly and free from damage

  • Check trim heaters are working

  • Check drains are clear and running free

  • Any damage to drains please list, Drain heaters working, lagging missing etc.

  • Check all fans are working and rotation is correct

  • Check all probes are in the correct location.

  • Check all probes are reading

Shop floor/ food prep areas

  • Check all frozen trim heaters are operational

  • Check All night blinds are operational

  • Are there any signs of water leaks on shop floor

  • Are there condensate pump trays onsite

  • Please clean pump tray and confirm pump is working

  • Remove 1 x Random Honeycomb and ambient air curtain check if clean

  • Please provide photos and check with Manager on cabinet cleaning details

  • Please provide photos

  • Are there any shopfloor integral cabinets onsite

  • Check all integral condensers are clean

  • Please provide photos of clean condensers
