Reception / Breakout - Ground Floor (Daily)

  • Vacuum carpeted areas

  • Hard floor areas to be swept and damp mopped

  • Empty and replace waste bins, collect waste paper etc. And transfer to disposal points using refuse sacks.

  • Check and clean the refrigerator if necessary

  • Check and clean the microwave if necessary

  • Wipe clean all tables, breakfast Bar, stools and chairs

Kitchen Areas (Weekly)

  • Wipe clean inside of dishwashers ensuring that drop door sides are wiped clean, filters removed cleaned and replaced and salt and rinse aid if used is topped up

Toilets (Daily)

  • Thoroughly sweep all floors

  • Thoroughly wash all floors using germicidal disinfectant detergent and leave smear free

  • Empty and replace waste bins, collect litter and transfer to disposal points. Bin liners are to be change daily

  • Replenish consumable items from clients stock or as supplied by cleaning firm

  • Wash WC pans, wash basins using germicidal disinfectant detergent

  • Wash both sides of toilet seats using germicidal disinfectant and dry polish

  • Damp-dust and dry polish taps and all plated metal work

  • Dry polish mirrors

  • Damp dust dryers, pipes, cisterns, sanitary disposal units and towel cabinets

  • Remove finger marks from painted Formica and tiled surfaces

  • Walls & partitions to be dry buffed

Shower Room

  • All bins to be emptied and litter removed

  • All shelves, Splashbacks, Skirtings, ledges and pipes damp wiped to 1.8 Meters

  • Mirrors, taps and shower fittings cleaned and dry polished
