Ensure planters, vases, picture frames and any other items or artwork are fee from dust, dirt and finger marks

Ensure fire and security protection equipment are clean, dry and free from dust, marks, smears and replaced in its original location.

Kitchen Area

Window Cleaning - Quarterly

All internal windows and partitions. The current cleaner does the window cleaning as an additional task and if they were to tupe we would lie to keep this the same San would therefore charge an additional £40 per quarter for this service

Carpet Cleaning - Twice Yearly Per Instruction

All office accommodation to be included and cleaned out of hours over a weekend

Blind Cleaning - Annually

Clean all 14 vertical blinds via the ultrasonic cleaning method
