  • At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK/Fort Wayne customer satisfaction is our first priority. In addition to this however, we are also concerned with employee morale and job satisfaction. We understand that one of the greatest contributing factors to poor morale is team members who do not perform or live up to standards. We also understand that one of the key factors to a positive and productive day is being paired with co-workers who work hard and take steps to ensure high standards are met. In the interest of keeping morale high and removing poor performers from the staff we have developed this form which, when completed, can be utilized by management to identify key training areas needed for our front line staff. This form can also be utilized if necessary as grounds to dismiss habitual poor performers or as a means to identify employees who are excelling in their positions. If you wish, these forms can be handed in anonymously. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you will be ineligible for any training pay.
