DT or Curbside

  • Drive through - Did employee say "Hi, would you be using you mobile app today". Was your name used at the speaker? Was all food hot and gold standard along with condiments? If you were pulled, were you told where to pull, why you were being pulled and how long the wait would be?

  • Safe correct- leave in notes how much the safe is

  • Cash, refund, overrings, drawer opening, treds, etc

  • How many was scheduled for an interview?

  • What is the hiring need?

  • How many have you lost and why?

  • Training plan for managers?

  • What manager will be next for LT class? There should always be someone preparing to go.

  • What was discussed during last managaer meeting?

  • All managers have an EID

  • Talk to at least four employees (2 old and 2 new)

  • Review PDW (optional til 4/1/25)
