  • Penetrations through sheeting - pipes, ducts etc are adequately flashed

  • Surface of Roof sheets are free from damaged- scratches, dents and defects

  • All Debris has been removed from sheeting and gutters- mortar , metal clippings, fillings and screws at completion of job

  • silicone sealant used is suitable for roofing and guttering use and of a non-acetic, amine free, neutral cure type. Sealants that smell of ammonia, vinegar or lemons are not usually suitable.

  • Site cleanliness and safety

  • All rubbish contained in bin

  • Left over roof sheets are screwed together and weighted down

  • All electrical leads are tagged and in date
