Duties

Daily Side Duties

  • Wipe, clean and organize host stand for opening hostess

  • Wipe down all menus and organize accordingly

  • Stock business cards, mints, and promo pieces

  • Ensure all sheets for next day are prepared and accurate (sign in/out, reservations, reservation requests, messages, etc.)

  • Bathrooms: check light bulbs, check for stray glassware, wipe mirrors, check toilet paper, garbage levels and soap

  • Check water level of the mannequin pis

  • Bring in all menu boards and ashtrays (taken to dish pit)

  • Tidy the area behind the curtain

  • Update entertainment board (on Sundays)
