Confirm for updated drawings, RFI's, plans & specs

Confirm structure components are within tolerance

Confirm bottom track is anchored per shop drawings, plans, specs, and fastener manufacturer's requirements

Confirm top track/deflection track is anchored per shop drawings, plans, specs and fastener manufacturer's requirements

Confirm top track is plumb with bottom track

Confirm stud gauge and installed per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm the gap from the bottom of stud to bottom track and the gap from the top of stud to top track is no more than 1/8"

Confirm proper clip/accessories installation per shop drawings, plans, specs, and fastener manufacturer's requirements

Confirm wall studs are plumb and within track

Confirm C.J./E.J. layout per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm temporary bracing (if required) and permanent bracing is installed per shop drawings, plans, specs, and MEP requirements

Confirm E.J. framing per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm C.J. framing per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm backing at horizontal C.J./reveals/termination bars (if required) are installed per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm door frames, windows, exterior grilles are framed out per shop drawings, plans and specs, and are plumb

Has all insulation been installed to double studs at doors and box headers

Confirm horizontal bridging is installed per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm stud welds (if required) are painted per plans and specs

Confirm welding (if required) is completed per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm backing installed at lights, signage, roof flashing, etc.

Confirm screw pattern is per shop drawings, plans and specs

Confirm there are no knockouts within 10" of top or bottom track

Confirm cleanup of our cartons and scrap materials

Inspect and walk the site with G.C. Superintendent
