INTRODUCTION
-
1. Identify the work area to be inspected, in accordance with the Hazard Inspection Matrix. IRC-WHS-SP-006.
2. Utilise this checklist to conduct the hazard inspection of the work area. The team conducting the hazard inspection should include a WHS advisor, WHSR and supervisors/team leader of the work area.
3. Document findings including any observations and 5 key recommendations
4. Forward the completed checklist and report to safety.reports@isaac.qld.gov.au
5. WHS team will upload the checklist and report into LOGOSS and will allocate actions to responsible person/s. -
