Food Standards

  • Are all sauces in the correct bottles or pans and labeled with a use by date?

  • Are timers being properly used when cooking and holding products?

  • Are there at least 3 presses on the grill and are they being properly used? (Rotated, flip patty into a clean lane, etc.)

  • Is the grill area set up with proper spatulas, tongs, scraper, etc.?

  • Are sandwiches being made properly? (Refer to Assembly job aids)

  • Are sandwiches being wrapped, boxed and bagged properly? (Including pressing tabs, using half wraps, stickers, etc.)

  • Is Basket Service being rung in and executed properly?

  • Are orders being delivered to guests at their tables and are condiments being offered?

Jack's Training System

  • Can Manager properly demonstrate how to train a Team Member in a Workstation? (Have Manager log in and demonstrate how to use JTS to train you or a TM in Guest Service or Fry)

  • Can manager demonstrate how to use JTS to access Job-Aids, Prep Cards, New Product Training Materials and the Weekly Brand Update?

  • Has anyone been certified using JTS within the last 14 days? (Log in to Manage Team, Training Tracking to see when last certification was done)
