Is there cooking equipment, are extract filters cleaned and changed regularly, and is there a contract in place for the deep cleaning of the duct work?( the tenant should be responsible for ensuring that the frequency of cleaning is adequate in relation to the amount of use and the extent of grease build up with in the ductwork) See guidance note 16 where possible seek photographic evidence.<br><br>A copy of the last service should be provided as evidence.<br><br><br><br><br><br><br>
