  • Is there a red scrap bin located at the process?<br>-has all scrap from previous shift been removed/scrapped?

  • Notify Line Lead to locate and bring to the designated area. If scrap is left over, ensure totals correct from prior shift and scrap parts.

  • Have associates been trained to do the operation at this cell. Are they signed off to run this by themselves?

  • Notify Line Lead for instruction as operators should not do a job they are not trained to do.

  • Do the associates have the required tools to do this operation?<br>-all required measurement devices available<br>-are measurement devices in good working order?<br>-calibrated?

  • Notify Line Lead and request the tools needed. Notify Quality Tech if problems are found with measurement devices.
