  • Check If the oven is clean and turn it on.

  • Count the till and record it on the red booklet (add picture of counting from the till screen)

  • Display fully stocked and organised (never more than 3 each focaccia on top of each other)

  • Fridges and Freezers temperature checks

  • Milk Delivery checks. Make sure that milk is inside the fridge at all times. If delivered outside, please report straight away.

  • All machines and equipment are clean and working properly.

  • Paper cups on the 3 shot machine facing customers are organised tightly.

  • Condiment station is full, clean and organised. (full sanitiser and blue roll available)

  • Sink area upstairs, clean, with Hand soap and blue roll available for handwashing.

  • Cupboard underneath oven, cleaned and organised.

  • Make sure floor is clean and no dirty spot are visible.

  • All lights are switched on and working.

  • Door open by 8:00 with everything ready and available.
