Fridges and Freezers temperature checks

Milk Delivery checks. Make sure that milk is inside the fridge at all times. If delivered outside, please report straight away.

All machines and equipment are clean and working properly.

Paper cups on the 3 shot machine facing customers are organised tightly.

Condiment station is full, clean and organised. (full sanitiser and blue roll available)

Sink area upstairs, clean, with Hand soap and blue roll available for handwashing.

Cupboard underneath oven, cleaned and organised.

Make sure floor is clean and no dirty spot are visible.

All lights are switched on and working.
