Are the team proactively taking patients email addresses?
Does the practice have a social media presence to attract private revenue?
Are complaints dealt with proactively?
Are all complaints followed up with the relevant clinician/team member?
Does the practice achieve the mycomply target?
Is there a second mycomply user?
Check the validity of 2 random mycomply tasks. Do they meet the requirements?
Spot check the surgery spot checks – are they being completed properly?
Has the practice followed up on any compliance and regulatory feedback?
Rate the overall quality of the patient journey 0-10 & list any feedback in the notes
