Valet

  • At least one valet must be available at the water ritual area at all service hours.

  • At the end of the water ritual,

  • explain to guests which clothing items to remove for the treatment they reserved

  • Offer disposable clothes, if necessary.

  • Accompany and guide guests to the relaxation area, offering them a beverage and fruit.

  • Adjust a thermal neck support on their shoulders.

  • Inform guests that their therapist will be with them shortly.

  • Ask before leaving: “Is there anything else I can do to for you?”

  • Say goodbye to guests warmly and sincerely, ending telephone conversations with a pleasant phrase.

  • When saying goodbye, address guests by their last name: 'Mr./Mrs./Miss (Last name); enjoy their treatment”.

  • Leave the health questionnaire at the locker of the assigned therapist.
