Accompany and guide guests to the relaxation area, offering them a beverage and fruit.

Adjust a thermal neck support on their shoulders.

Inform guests that their therapist will be with them shortly.

Ask before leaving: “Is there anything else I can do to for you?”

Say goodbye to guests warmly and sincerely, ending telephone conversations with a pleasant phrase.

When saying goodbye, address guests by their last name: 'Mr./Mrs./Miss (Last name); enjoy their treatment”.

Leave the health questionnaire at the locker of the assigned therapist.
