Rounder

Are the rounder spiral and collars clean and free of old dough ??

Are the rounder air sparges clean of debris ?

Intermediate Prover

Is all Perspex guarding in good condition ?

Has the floor been swept ?

Has all waste dough been removed from area ?

Moulder

Are the moulder conveyors clean and fee of previous dough ?

Is the pressure board clean and free of previous dough ?

Are the exterior of moulders clean and free of previous dough ?

Is Moulder setting correct ?

Is the interior of the moulder clean and free of old dough ?

Are floors around moulder swept and clean ?

Has all waste dough been removed from area ?

Is all Perspex guarding in good condition ?

Tin Oiler Unit

Has the spray unit and covers been cleaned ?

Has the catch tray been emptied and cleaned ?
