Pre Pour Slab

OHS&E

  • Has Weekly OHS&E Inspection been completed?

  • Have all star pickets capped?

  • Have all pod offcuts bagged and secured?

  • Has the pod offcut, pick up been booked?

  • Has all waste been placed in the bin provided?

  • Is temporary fence in place, and not obscuring the footpath?

  • Observe UV Sunsmart requirements?

  • Have all risks been assessed?

  • Pre pour administration
  • Has the slab passed the required inspection?

  • Check Termite part A is completed?

Photo Evidence

  • Take a photo of the front, back, overall and internal corners (as a minimum)

Pre pour check

  • Checklist overall dimensions of slab (length and width as a minimum). type in dimensions

  • Check setback measurements from the title boundary

  • Check finished floor level (FFL)

  • Check width and depth of all foundations as per engineering design and soil test.

  • Check deepened rebate is as per plan if required?

  • Check deepened rebate works against the finished ground level (FGL). Ensure it is functional for landscaping.

  • Check membrane is taped at all joins, penetrations and free from holes.

  • Check reinforcement is fixed, tied and lapped as per engineering.

  • Check dwelling rebate sizes are as per plan?

  • Check stepdown heights, garage, alfresco, porches and record height.

  • Garage door rebate correct location and depth?

  • Check cut pods and/or missing pods? (No bulk concrete?)

  • Check driveway gradient works in accordance with the laneway?

  • Is there sufficient bar chairs to carry steel load

  • Check number of penetrations matches plan?

Electrical

  • Check electrical upstand is in the correct position, plumb and level.

  • Water lead in must be minimum of 200mm away from the electrical upstand.

  • Check earth is attached to steel?

Bored Piers

  • Note: Bored piers are not to be left open overnight, without appropriate action undertaken. Attach photos.
