1. General Grounds & Pathways

2. Lawns & Turf Care

  • Paths leading to function areas are well-maintained and clear of obstructions

6. Garden Furniture & Outdoor Seating

  • Benches, tables, and chairs are clean and free of dust, leaves, or bird droppings

  • Wooden furniture is treated and free of rot or splinters

  • Metal furniture is rust-free and properly maintained

  • Cushions (if applicable) are clean, dry, and stored correctly overnight

  • Umbrellas, awnings, and canopies are secured and undamaged

7. Fire Pits & Outdoor Heating

  • Fire pits are clean, ash is removed, and covers are in place when not in use

  • Firewood or gas supplies are stocked and stored safely

  • Outdoor heaters are functional, with no leaks or damage

8. Ponds, Fountains & Water Features

  • Water is clear, free of algae, and at appropriate level

  • Pumps, filters, and fountains are functioning properly

  • No blockages, leaks, or signs of damage

  • Safety measures (nets, barriers) are in place where needed

Greenhouse & Storage Areas

10. Pest & Weed Control
