Subjects; 1. Availability for renovation Overtime from 15/02/14- 30/02/14, weekends and week days after hours. 2. Mobile phone policy, no excessive use of mobile phones during work hours. 3. Start times and lunch breaks. Address times and inform of times. 4. Machinery check sheet to be handed in on Fridays. 5. Advice from HR is we now have to sign off on these meetings. 6. Equipment and machinery been left out on the back of vehicles. Machinery and tool must be stored away in correct places. 7. Please note planned holidays on white board for work plans for renovation period. 8. Follow up from last meeting/any questions? Damien still to get uniform. 9. RED - everyone has had RED training please practise what was learnt, and respect other staff members. If you need a reminder RED folder is in the book case in the lunchroom. Contact Any of the RED officers if you have any issues or your supervisor. 10.WHS - ensure you are wearing the correct PPE for the relevant job. Reminder to apply supplied sun screen, drink plenty of fluid. Any WHS issues that need addressing? 11. EBA talks still continuing. 12. Start time back to 7:00 as from Monday 17th of February until otherwise notified.
