PROOFCOATING AND UNDERBODY PAINT (Ensure all parts of the chassis are painted and corrosion free)

  • All areas not requiring proof coating have been masked & unpainted

  • All masking tape and paper has been removed

  • Rims & tyres are clean from proof coat & overspray on inner edges

  • Air bags are free from overspray and proof coat

  • All engine parts and belts are free from proof coat

  • Air tank valves are free from proof coat

  • All Chassis & under body components are painted and corrosion free

  • All unpainted areas in engine bay & seat riser are free from paint

  • Radiator intercooler fins are unpainted

  • Power steering connections are free from proof coat

  • Shocker towers are free from proof coat overspray

  • Wax application has been done in chassis as per SOP

  • All Chassis & Under Body components are painted

EXTERNAL PAINTWORK

  • No paint runs around rivet heads & in paintwork

  • Correct film build as per the specified Axalta process

  • Bottom panel edges and side panel edges are painted

  • All opening flaps and panels are painted

  • Black out above doors, header, under dash & drivers area

  • All wheel nut caps are cleaned and fitted

  • Stripe work is correct and all edges are cleaned up

  • All masking tape and paper has been removed

  • No paint build up on panel edges

  • No overspray on engine & components

  • No overspray on dash & dash switches

  • Radiator fan blades and intercooler fins are free from overspray

  • No overspray on air bags & shock towers

  • No overspray on mudflaps & filters

  • No overspray on batteries & wiring harness

  • No overspray on handbrake & Broms Brake

  • No overspray on radiator & head tank

  • No overspray on Exterior side panels & rubber hinge

  • Insulation is reinstalled where necessary
