  • Talk through any store specific requirements/performance unique to store to ensure changes will balance with any localisms

  • Look for training opportunities throughout execution & ensure to include store team in these tasks. Ensure training is documented.

  • Walkthrough VM Changes with team once 100% completed.

  • Once VM Task Is Complete Ensure completed photos are taken before moving on.
