Once joined to domain

  • Disable all forms of sleep/hibernate if plugged in (not on battery)<br>

  • Desktop icons for word, excel, outlook, and lync copied to all users desktop?

  • Email setup?

  • uncheck offline exchange mode during manual setup (right below where you enter server)

  • If Office 2010, setup Outlook Anywhere for Outlook 2010

  • Setup signature and turn on in the users email.

  • Scan system into helpdesk - verify it scanned successfully

  • If new system, enter monitors, etc into helpdesk.

  • Install and setup Global Protect

  • Microsoft lync setup for user and council contacts added?

  • User is setup as a Standard User?
