Closing Checklist

Switch off the oven and make sure is properly clean including filter and inside.

Refill and clean display fridge

Refill fridge underneath coffee machine with milk and condensed milk bottles.

Refill cakes juices and left over sandwiches in the fridge underneath the oven.

Make sure to leave space for sandwiches in the tall fridge number 3 (as per Video Comms)

Tall fridge downstairs, organise and make sure to leave enough space for milk delivery

Clean coffee machine and steam wands with the chemicals, making sure to don’t leave any residue

Clean and organise counter and pastries display

Clean and organise Cractho machines, Boiler and sink area.

Clean the Tea dispenser with the 100ml of Rinza in 2 Litres of water. Add a picture with the blue liquid visible.

◦ Clean and organise downstairs kitchen and office area

Empty all bins and replace with clean bags

Clean, remove the water and Switch Off the dishwasher following the instructions printed on the wall

Clean and restock condiment station

Dispose the waste and record on light speed as an output waste.

Count the till and record on the red booklet, add picture of the screen and any comments if any variances.

Hoover and mop all the floor.

Turn off AC both upstairs and downstairs and add pictures
