Seatbelts

Vehicle requirements

Is there schedule for the systematic inspection and testing of all comply light vehicles?
Exclusion and Separation

Are the following areas restricted for entry and only be entered by employees who have been trained and authorized to do so; Mining areas, heavy vehicle workshop, construction areas, areas sign boarded accordingly and any coned or danger taped areas?

Are bicycles and motorbikes not allowed in the processing plant and mining areas?

Do drivers of motorbikes and their passengers wear helmets?
Speed limit and parking

Are speed limits set for each of the work areas and roads, and have these been clearly signposted?

Are vehicles parked in a manner that not obstruct the flow of traffic or cause a hazard to other road users or pedestrians?

If vehicle breaks down, is the hazard triangle placed 20 meters on either side of the vehicle?

Disciplinary
