Frames stacked neatly and in place?

All frames tagged on shift have been taken to back?

Daily forklift check complete?

Are unnecessary personal belongings properly stored, away from public areas?

Are all tools required for the operation available?

Is the area adequately lit?

Are all potentially hazardous areas marked?

Is personal protective equipment in use, at all times where required?

Packaging

Parts stored in the area (inside Yellow Safety) properly?

Clean work station & sweep (under & around) shelves & tables?

Chemicals stored properly?

All un-used packaging materials are neatly organized and stored?

Fire extinguishers and walkways are clear and not blocked?

All parts are stored and marked properly

All trash cans are checked & taken out if full?
