WEEKEND DM CHECKLIST

OPEN DM 6:30am-11:30am

  • Person completing check

  • Ensure all staff have name badges on; note any staff who require a new name badge

  • Turn off alarm from Cleaners Room and switch on all lights from Safe Room

  • Collect bumbag, radio, LG bib & COVID marshal vest. Conduct radio check.

  • Ensure LG can access pool slave and remotes for indoor pool covers

  • Have CSO conduct PA System test when they arrive (6:45am)

  • Check Wellness Studio, Group Fit room and Cycle Room for spray bottles and batteries.

  • Check Steam Room and Sauna are both on and both doors are closed

  • Assist lifeguard with pool covers (2 people outside, 1 person inside)

  • Ensure WaW signage is visible and clear on both Outdoor and Indoor deck

  • Check TVs are switched on

  • Collect $400 float for CSO

  • Make sure rescue equipment is in correct locations

  • Complete and log pool tests; including balance tests

  • Complete plant room checklist using iAuditor app

  • Complete oxygen and defib check

  • Check cleans have been completed overnight; note anything which was missed AND ADD IMAGE

  • Complete LG Pre-Start conversation on iPad

  • Ensure LGs are aware of headcount procedure and interval times

  • Check with CSO team that the reception space is ready

  • Open up centre

  • Complete/Delegate hourly change room cleans from 7:30am-10:30am

  • Organise LG breaks

  • Perform/Delegate checks of lockers (replace batteries where needed). Note any lockers which still don't work despite batteries.

  • Check bins on pool deck; empty if full.

  • Complete LG Pre-Start Conversation

  • Ensure LGs are aware of headcount procedure and interval times

  • Note/enter any change swaps into spreadsheet

  • Complete/delegate hourly change room cleans from 11:30am-2:30pm

  • Ensure walkway to gym (by basketball court) is clear of leaves/rubbish. Clean if needed.

  • All equipment is packed away (chairs, rescue equipment, A-Frame signs, etc.)

  • Ensure on close all doors are locked, lights are off and alarm is switched on.
