Visually inspect the entrances to the job site and specifc work areas and ensure there is safe and cleared access to the site.

Ensure that your work area, stairways, passageways, and lifts are kept free of material, supplies, and obstructions.

Visually inspect your work area for debris and trash and that it is placed in proper container. Also, check that material is properly stored.

Visually inspect for protruding nails, forms, scrap lumber, and other debris.

Keep walking/working surfaces clear and clean up spills immediately. In the event of inclement weather (icy or wet surfaces), ensure walking surfaces are properly prepared. Inspect for slip resistent boots.
