Is the forecourt free of any product spillage?

Is the site free of any vandalism, break in or other signs of criminal activity? (Pay attention to fuel dispensers, plant room, and any above ground tanks)

Are forecourt and footpath areas clean and free of debris and litter?

Are pumps and payment terminals clean from any dust and debris?

Are locks on all the tanks?

Does price sign (if applicable) match the pumps?

Are pump islands undamaged with no sharp edges?

Is there safe access to the tanks(s) on site (if applicable)?

Are storage tanks labelled with product type and hazardous label (if applicable)?

Has the overfill alarm been tested (if applicable)?

Is surfacing in good condition?
