  • 5.1 - Are hazardous substances and dangerous goods stored safely?

  • 5.2 - Are erosion and sediment controls appropriate and effective for works?

  • 5.3 - Are dust control devices in place and effective?

6.0 - Excavations

  • 6.1 - Materials and spoil stored minimum of 1 metre from edge?

  • 6.2 - Excavations are shored, benched, battered or supported?

  • 6.3 - Is adequate fall protection in place?
