Room set up

  • Is the correct typed signage outside the room

  • Are jugs/carafes of water in the centre of the table(s). Outstanding Tip would be to flavour with Fruit.

  • Is there a stock of spare branded notepads and branded pens/pencils on the side

  • Are all lights in working order

  • Is there a welcome letter on the facilitator table

  • Is there a working lamp and clock in the room

  • Is all branded literature clean and in a holder
