• Check proper attachment to hydrostatic release to cradle.

• Assure outer straps are in place and undamaged.

• Check painter line is securely attached.

LIFE JACKETS

• Inspect foam integrity and condition of reflecting material.

• Assure each is equipped with a functioning whistle and light.

• Check for any tears or damage.

LIFE BUOYS

• Check each life buoy is properly stowed and in good condition.

• Make sure lights, smoke signals and lifelines are all present and attached.

EPIRBS

• Check EPIRB's are stowed in its proper location.

SARTS

• Check SARTS are stowed in its proper location.

ALDIS SIGNALING LAMP:

• Test operation of lamp in battery and 12V power.
