Inside Inspection

  • Is there background ventilation in all habitable rooms? (photos required) *Background ventilation window trickle vents or wall vents

  • Is there dMEVs in all wet rooms, are they fully sleeved and are they all operational (photos required) Wet rooms: Bathroom, Kitchen, Utility Room and WC

  • Do all habitable door undercuts have at least 7-10mm clearance?

  • Is there a core vent in place if there is a back boiler or gas fire? (photo required)

  • Have you ensured any sub floor ventilation remains open? (usually sub floor vents if the oven sits on the floor)

Underfloor Inspection

  • Has the home got sufficient access (at least 1 hatch per side of the axle)

  • Is there adequate ventilation under the park home? (1 air brick/vent on each long end, 2 air bricks/vents on each short end)

  • Is there sufficient jacks supporting the chassis and are they in good condition (photos required) 8 for a single, 16 for a double

  • Have all water-feed pipes been lagged?

  • Is the system fully sealed & battened to ensure no cold bridging (photos required)

  • Have you ensured that you have not covered up a gas pipe

  • If any gas pipes are running underneath between the joists, have you ensured you have cut ventilation into the system
