Pre-start

Start Up

  • Ensures all control levers / pedals are in a neutral position

Loading Product

  • Ensures any spillage sitting onside of bucket is removed before leaving the loading area

Unloading Product on the Move

  • Approaches stockpile at correct direction

  • Allows sufficient time for the entire product to exit the bucket

  • Tips off positioning the material using the length of the stockpile

  • Lowers bucket fully before moving

Shutting down Dumper

  • Ensures equipment is parked on firm and level ground away from hazards

  • Removes keys from the ignition

  • Ensures foot plate is clean

  • Dismounts correctly using 3 points of contact

Sign Off / Authorisation
