  • Has the rack elevations been altered from the drawings?

  • Have drawings been red lined and submitted?

  • Take a picture of the front and rear of the rack to show the elevation and organization of the rack.

  • Verify that all AV cabling within the rack at this time has been secured using only velcro. Only power cabling is permitted to be secured with zip ties.

  • Has Q fan been able to be installed at this point?

  • Have labels been attached to cables currently in rack? (power cables included)

  • Have power bricks properly secured in some fashion to the rack to avoiding falling out of the rack especially during transport?

  • Do all Phoenix (captive screw) terminations have a zip tie strain relief attached?

  • Spot check current cable terminations and ensure standards are being met.

  • Do all DB-9 connections have shells installed on them?

  • Any additional notes concerning current status of rack before being sent out?

  • Has the rack been cleaned of all wire clippings? Have all blanks been installed and lacing bars properly installed?
