  • Are the products in the windows easily identifiable by customers who enter the store within the first 20 seconds.

  • Are products merchandised with correct pricing and tickets <br>

  • Are products merchandised in store according to VM guidelines <br>

  • Do we have the correct level of merchandise on display<br>

Stockroom and Replenishment

  • Has delivery been processed, if not how many boxes and what is the timeline to process it.

  • Is the stockroom organised, clean and to standard? <br>Please include a couple of pictures to show the standard of the stockroom

  • Are Delivery Notes organised and filed correctly?

  • Has NOS been adjusted and updated according to the protocol. <br>

Office Area

  • Is the Office Area organised?

  • Are Lash Reports up to date?

  • Is the staff rota up to date?

  • Is staff area/kitchen clean and tidy ?

  • Is the staff toilet clean and tidy?
