Inspection Requirement - Copy of JLE IFC drawings JLE-PRK-8941-107-0 must be onsite

KEY EXCHANGE METHOD:
EITHER THE "A" KEY OR "B" KEY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CIRCUIT BREAKER AND INSERTED INTO THE EXCHANGE BOX TO RELEASE THE "C" KEY.
THE "C" KEY CAN BE USED TO CLOSE THE BUS TIE CIRCUIT BREAKER INSIDE MSB2202.
THE "C" KEY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BUS TIE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND INSERTED INTO THE EXCHANGE BOX TO RELEASE THE "A" OR "B" KEY -
Confirm Only One "A" key has been supplied.

Confirm Only One "B" key has been supplied.

Confirm Only Two "C" key has been supplied.

Confirm the Key Exchange is mounted correctly and is accessible within the Switch room.
